Hello!

Hello again, dear readers! We find ourselves a good chunk into summer vacation with almost no blog posts, which of course implies a major update is required...

Things that have occurred:

  • Marching band season approaches ever so slowly. Summer is coming.
  • I made an unreasonable amount of artwork.
  • I've read like 5 books with absolutely no provocation.
  • Probably watched the entirety of YouTube.
  • Finished/caught up with Dexter, Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, and Inside Amy Schumer.
  • Played Terrarria and Minecraft like my life depended on it.
  • Cultivated my acne garden, reaping a beautiful harvest of blackheads, sleep cysts, and zits.
First thing on my list up there- I'm very excited about high school marching band, although it seems so far away. I'm a little nervous, but I'm more concerned about making social contact outside the internet for the first time in months. In short, band + friends = super duper fun time.

The unreasonable amount of artwork explains itself. My great gramma has blessed me with old tabloids (can you say collage?). Until you read them, you cannot realize their level of utter insanity. The ads are my favorite part, personally.

Books. Ah, wonderful things. Saying I need to be provoked to read is a smidge untrue. Books are fun. People who read books are statistically likely to be fun. I am fun.

This is very good. Read it at your earliest opportunity.
I watched television when I'm bored and don't feel like dealing with my problems. Also, I judge people who aren't into the same TV shows as me. I don't mean to do it particularly, but I've been watching too much TV to deal with it. Video games are fun and help me avoid my problems also.

Whatcha gonna do?
The relatively uncomfortable heat and humidity, combined with my lovely teenager hormones, have caused a major resurgence in my pizzaface. And I was doing so well *shakes head disappointedly*.

My brother (the short one) went to Disneyworld. My mom ranted about how hard Disney scrapbooking materials are to get shortly after he got home. He had fun though, and I'm glad he went.

I was thinkin' about another music dump post, or maybe a photo dump. Maybe both.

So excited you misspelled excited!
Anyway, I gotta go deal with making more blog posts for you, dear readers. See ya soon!

I wanted to give a shoutout to all my Russian readers, because I certainly didn't expect such a large audience from you guys.

Lauren's Happy Face

Lauren's Happy Face
A wild Lern in her natural habitat
Lauren seems like a non-shortenable name, yet Lauren regularly goes by Lern or Lernderern. She is an 8th grader from Michigan who is disturbingly self-aware and somewhat hypocritical at times. She also happens to be terrible at describing herself. Her email is penguin1366@gmail.com, so send her something because she is SO BORED, like ALL the TIME. She sincerely wishes you the best, and hopes you gain something from reading her blog. Bye!
